A fractional head of creative for DTC and e-commerce ads
Last updated
If your ads look like everyone else's and your team can't produce new angles fast enough, you need a fractional head of creative who can also run the production. I'm Logan Ice. In this seat I build a creative engine that finds genuinely different angles, tests them before they go live, and turns the winners into finished ads quickly with AI. It starts at $7,500 a month.
What I do in this seat
- A creative audit of what's actually winning in your account and why.
- Angle development that forces ideas to be different from each other, instead of ten versions of the obvious one.
- Every angle pressure-tested against a panel of audience personas before a dollar is spent on it.
- An AI-assisted production workflow, so a winning angle becomes a batch of finished ads in hours, not weeks.
Why strategy and execution from one person
Most brands get advice from one place and execution from another, and something always gets lost between them. I do both. Clients usually hire me for one thing and keep me around for more, because the work gets done and they like working with me.
Questions people ask
Why does creative matter so much on Meta now?
On Meta today, the creative does most of the targeting. The algorithm reads your ad to decide who sees it, so ten ads that say the same thing reach the same people. Different angles open up different audiences.
Will AI-made ads look like AI slop?
Not if the inputs are right. Slop comes from asking a model to make something out of nothing. I give it the brand, the customer, what's been tried and what the founder won't do before it writes a word.
How much does it cost?
From $7,500 a month. Ad spend and generation tools stay in your accounts.
